Vista Crest and Parkside Place is a new 60 unit inter-generational apartment community designed to create distinct housing for both seniors and families.  The community consists of 42 one-bedroom senior units located within a three-story building, and 18 three-bedroom family townhome units.  

The site includes a community center, central courtyard, tot lot, BBQ areas, and outdoor seating areas.  The senior building also includes a community room, fitness center, leasing and management offices, and a media room.
