QUATRO Design Group is searching for a few highly motivated individuals to fill immediate needs in this rapidly growing company with a diverse project portfolio. Individuals with K-12, higher Education, Housing - both single-family and multi-family, affordable and market rate, and Mixed-Use experience - are preferred.

Senior Designer
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in architecture and 5-8 years of experience. Must know AutoCad and 3D programs such as FormZ, 3D StudioMax, SketchUp, or Revit. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Must have good presentation and communication skills. Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Responsible for work on substantial projects. Selects, evaluates, and implements procedures and techniques used on projects.

Job Captains
Requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture and 5-8 years of experience. Preferred experience in the K-12 and higher education project type along with DSA experience. Type 5 construction knowledge also a plus.  Must know AutoCad. Must be well on the way to obtaining a professional license. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Must have good presentation and communication skills. Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Responsible for work on substantial projects. Selects, evaluates, and implements procedures and techniques used on projects.

Project Manager
Requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture and 5-8 years of experience. Must be registered in the state of California. Must demonstrate experience in Residential market for both single-family and multi-family, market rate and affordable housing.  Must know AutoCad.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversees and plans all architectural aspects of construction projects. Responsible for final specifications, approval of ordered materials, and overall guidance on objectives and concepts. May also supervise and evaluate work of subordinate architects and technicians. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a principal or partner.
