Viqui Aguilar’s organized and methodical approach to business management is directly related to her experience in international business.

Ms. Aguilar’s career in business management began in the late 1980’s when she oversaw the financial matters of a burgeoning promotions company dedicated to the marketing of international soccer teams. Having worked with people from all over the world, Ms. Aguilar understands how important it is to be clear, concise and efficient in work-related matters. At Quatro design group she is an industrious office manager in charge of accounting and all administrative procedures. She prepares the company’s periodic financial statements, budget reports and tax reports. She manages each project’s individual budget; ensuring invoicing and consultant payments are in order, so as to guarantee positive cash flow.

In addition, Viqui Aguilar oversees all Human Resource matters, ranging from welcoming new employees, to scheduling annual performance reviews, to payroll and benefit fulfillments. She also assists in preparing RFP’s and RFQ’s.  Her amiable and confident personality has earned her the respect of her peers. 

Viqui Aguilar graduated from Pomona College in Claremont, California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. Her decade-long experience in international business helped her get noticed in the United States, and in 1995 she was recruited by a prominent media advertising agency in Southern California to direct the national Hispanic event marketing program for Sears.  Ms. Aguilar joined the Quatro design group team in 2002 and became an associate in 2004.
