Alameda Court Housing Project

Alameda Court is adjacent to the Alameda Corridor, a 20-mile underground  railroad express line that runs north, from the ports of Long Beach to Downtown Los Angeles. This project provides a total of 28 units consisting of detached single-family dwellings (3- and 4-bedrooms) and live-work units on a 1.87 acre site. Located within a residential neighborhood and adjacent to an industrial area, the project responds to its context by maintaining the scale and character of its surroundings, and integrating these elements into a cohesive housing community.
