To be determined - Conceptual Design

The project consists of three sites adjacent to the Highland Park Metro Station.  Site 1 has 30 condominium units over three levels of parking for public and residential use. Site 2 has 60 affordable rental units with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom unit types. Site 3 has seven three-bedroom town homes with attached garages.  Both Site 1 and 2 utilize the Universal Design concept defined as the design of products and environments to be usable by all people, to the greatest extent possible, without the need for adaptation.  The built environment is accessible to everyone – children, the elderly, the physically disabled and the able-bodied, without being so specialized as to render the units unmarketable to the population at large.
