Las Casitas Housing Project

The design intent for Las Casitas is to create a neighborhood with detached single-family homes that enhance the community, as well as give its residents pride in ownership. The majority of the single family homes are clustered off of private motor courtyards/driveways to maximize private outdoor areas. These motor courtyards/driveways also serve as private community play areas for the residents. The homes are designed to reflect the folk Victorian architecture that is prevalent in this neighborhood.
