Las Flores Housing Project

Las Flores is another example of how well-designed projects can create a great place to live, and be a beautifully integrated addition to the community. The ground units are accessible from the streets and allow for interaction with the neighborhood, with the entrances to the second level units accessible from within the courtyards. The location and massing composition of the childcare facility, community center and management offices frame an inner courtyard area that serves as an outdoor play space for the child care facility.
