Los Girasoles Affordable Multi-Family Housing Project

Los Girasoles is a great example of many forces coming together to produce exceptional, affordable housing amid complicated program, site, and county regulations. The 11 unit complex is composed of one, two, three, and four bedroom town homes with the majority of units having direct access to their private garages. At the heart of the 11 unit complex is a community room and a computer room that also serves the community at large. All the units and the community center are networked for cable, satellite, and DSL access.
QUATRO Design Group provided research and coordination of other amenities, including the conversion of utilitarian building components into artwork provided by a local artist, and a landscaped courtyard with BBQ areas.
