Oasis Pomona Expo Outlet

QDG developed a conceptual design for the existing Pomona Expo Outlet, which would provide a unique shopping experience by incorporating a distinctive theme. A new theater, promenade, event stage, and art square would also promote this new local entertainment destination. 127,600 sf of existing space would be renovated along with 10 new buildings totaling 73,000 sf and a 79,000 sf theater.

QDG also developed a detailed and well researched regional marketing analysis as well as 3D models and schematic design renderings. This comprehensive Concept Design Developer Package enabled the client to further pursue investors.
