Pueblo Del Sol Management Office

Developed concurrently with the apartments, a community/management center was included in the project for the local residents. The building contains a swimming pool, gym facilities and leasing offices. The intent is to integrate the center’s uses with the community’s evening and weekend events, as well as with the adjoining existing elementary school. Adjacent to the school will be an outdoor amphitheater for community use as well. The new public park and a social services building enhance the sense of community and lend support to the families of this affordable development.
