Riveredge Village

Utilizing de-commissioned rail yards, Riveredge is a new mixed-use neighborhood that will be among the first to orient itself towards the Los Angeles River since the original pueblo. Encompassing over 31 acres, the project envisions a variety of residential typologies, both affordable and market rate, retail, office space. The project will also provide a number of community uses available to the adjacent under-served neighborhoods, including a new 2,100 seat high school.  With easy connections to recreation and a green-belt along the project's riverside edge accentuated by an esplanade, this and other sustainable design strategies will establish this neighborhood as a model.
